CONCEPT
Scalo Farini, the largest railway in Milan, abandoned place, a black hole, which lives only thanks to the frequent passage of trains to Porta Garibaldi station. The "Youtopia" bridge aims to revive the surrounding area by creating a large machine capable of creating energy.
The design is - system of towers with imposing shapes, each of which equipped with technology, where renewable energy is produced, stored and transformed into electricity. Technologies include: Wind energy, Solar energy, Thermal energy, Kinetic energy.
The energy produced during the day can be monitored through an application, which will show in real time the amount of watts produced, and can be used to recharge the mobile phone in the appropriate areas, for electric cars, for street lights
around area and above all to illuminate the bridge at night. In fact, starting from the early evening hours, thanks to the LEDs positioned on the structure, it will be possible to see the gradual lighting up of the central square and the bridge
